Nouns Practice

We have learned that nouns can name a person, place, thing, or idea.  Write a sentence using at least two nouns.

Example:  John likes to ride his new bike.

Habitat Sweet Habitat

We have been learning about habitats located throughout different regions of Georgia. We have learned about the mountains, rivers and streams, swamps, marshes, the coast, and ocean. If you could visit one of these habitats, which one would you choose and why?

Setting Sail with Goals for Third Grade

The start of a new school year is a good time to set goals for ourselves. As your teacher, one of my goals is to work hard everyday to help you learn and grow in a safe and happy classroom. You spent some time in class this week setting three goals that you want to work toward this year in third grade. Feel free to share one of those goals.
